Your Fat burning workouts are
an alternating series of exercises that will stoke the metabolism
by getting that deep muscle recruitment needed through anaerobic
work while maintaining calorie burning with aerobic work. The
difference is that this aerobic work is not going to be mindless
low intensity jogging or “cardio machine” work, it is going to
involve exercises that are low to moderate in intensity that
improve an area of your overall fitness. These circuits will
functionally improve flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance
while creating a fat burning inferno.
Slow cardio usually only
engages your legs (like jogging, biking, cross-trainers etc.) and
not at a high enough level of intensity activate deep muscle fiber
recruitment.
Every circuit provides a high
intensity total body workout hits the core and works on your
balance, posture, flexibility, and movement techniques. Typical
slow cardio can't get this many muscles working this
hard.
The intensity of these
circuits, even at the beginner stage, is surprising. You end up
burning more calories during the workout as well as raising your
metabolism for the next 12 -18 hours.
These workouts are engaging
with different exercises on different days that take focus to do
them correctly. The beginner workouts can be done by anyone with a
doctor’s clearance to pursue a fitness program. They can be
adjusted to the person. The circuits are designed to have the user
use as little rest as possible between exercises with the goal
being to go through the circuit without rest. They never use the
same area of the body in succession so it only your cardio
limitations that keep you from working through without
rest.
